We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation processes and performing regular data audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and trends.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to analyze data and create visualizations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in data analytics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
